Résumé
A mechanic, a shopkeeper and an advertising executive are among the young men in a recently-opened French training college. Their working day, divided between theoretical classes and manual work, has been planned to turn them into leaders of men. At first the local population resents their presence but, when a big storm threatens, the students help the local farmers get the harvest safely
