Obligation réelle environnementale
The ORE is a binding notarial obligation which guarantees the protection and ensures the proliferation of all the endangered species, as well as all the local fauna and flora to be found in the woods, meadows, streams and ponds of the Fondation René Clément
The Lycaena dispar is listed under the Bern Convention, Appendix II : “Strictly protected : capture, disturbance and habitat destruction are prohibited” ; in the Livre rouge published by the National Museum of Natural History ; and by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) : “endangered or vulnerable species”.
In order not to disturb the fauna and flora, visits are only authorized exceptionally and by appointment.
