Résumé

A small-time trainer prepares a boxer for a match. Two sparring-partners having been rapidly knocked out, Roger, a local farm boy, is persuaded to take their place. He knows nothing about boxing, but relies on a ‘How-to’ handbook for help. He is losing badly, but the village postman imprudently gets too close to the boxer, who hits him. The postman gets his own back by fixing things so Roger wins.
